A Gallery of My Favourite Pies

Here are just a few of my favourite pies, all baked by my lovely wife. Do you have a favourite pie?

Valentines' Pie

An unassuming exterior disguises potatoey goodness.

Looks meaty, but is full of cheese and veg.

NB Does not contain pickles. That would be nasty.

It tastes better than it sounds.

And who wouldn't be smiling, knowing they were about to tuck into this beauty?

Love in pastry form.

Sometimes...

Sesame just likes to buy things because she likes the name.

... it's some kind of chocolate drink, apparently.

"I've found my brand..."

... or more accurately, I've found my beer. A beer so completely to my tastes that it caused disbelief and then hilarity in amongst my friends and wife when they heard what it was about.

It's called Troldhede Triple D - and the Ds stand for Darwin, Dawkins and Douglas (Adams that is).

I bought a case, and intend to buy up the rest of the production.

And it tastes nice too.
